So yet again we have come to that time of the year i.e The End of the year<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The end of the year can be\u00a0bittersweet.\u00a0It is dual in nature, a dying of the old and the beginning of something new.\u00a0It\u00a0can make us realise our accomplishments and failures, and\u00a0force us\u00a0to reflect on how we\u2019ve spent the year. It will not just be a transition of a new season and year but a new you. Here are five tips to help you kiss 2018 goodbye and greet 2019 with a broad smile.<\/p>\n

Look ahead, cherish old memories.<\/h2>\n

When we look back, we not only take time to acknowledge our actions and learn from them; it also helps us notice certain situations, people, or patterns that may no longer serve us.<\/p>\n

Focus on what lies ahead and in the meanwhile cherish the moments that had already passed by.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Though looking for ways to improve is a good thing, there is nothing wrong with giving ourselves a pat on the back for a job well done. Focus on the little things that you achieved this year, maybe getting a new job or a phone. It could be anything. Just cherish those things.<\/p>\n

It will not only give you peace but also a sense of achievement.<\/p>\n
